Life-long typewriter enthusiast, repair technician, and collector, Jonathan Swanberg is dedicated to bringing new life into antique manual typewriters. Since getting hooked on typewriters at the age of five, Jonathan has spent his life learning the ins and outs of hundreds of models and dozens of brands of typewriters, spanning over one hundred years of typewriter history.

Pricing
Costs are calculated as follows:
$120 for the first hour of service
$50/hour thereafter
Any parts exceeding $10 in value
Includes rubber replacement (can cost between $40 - $160)
Additional Ribbons: $12 ea.
Black/Red, Solid Black, Red, Orange, Blue, Purple, Brown, Green, Pink available
Shipping (Yes! I now offer shipping on select items!)
Missed Meeting Fee ($30)

Sticky keys
General Cleaning
Rubber replacement
Paint and Chrome/Nickel polishing
Linkage repair
Type Alignment
Part reformation
Rust (depending on severity)
​Each machine receives one free Black/Red or Solid Black ribbon.
NOTE: I do not yet offer services for electric, Selectric, or electronic typewriters.
